3. ISO Standard PET Plastic Bottles Production Process

  • Production Planning: Based on the quantity of PET plastic bottles needed, a detailed production plan is established, including the amount of raw materials required, the progress schedule, and quality assurance throughout the production process.
  • Preparation of Inputs: To produce standard PET bottles, high-quality, uncontaminated PET resin is required.   • Cooling: The preforms are cooled using a cooling system. Each cycle can produce from 2 to 16 performs depending on the mold. Then, they are checked for air bubbles and quality before moving on to the bottle-blowing stage.
  • Bottle Blowing: The PET preforms pass through a drying lamp system to increase flexibility and ductility. After irradiation, they are clamped into the mold. Compressed air is then pumped into the mold to increase the internal pressure of the mold, shaping the preforms to the required dimensions.
  • Quality Control (QC): The finished products are removed from the production line and undergo quality control (QC). This is a critical step to ensure the quality of PET bottles, eliminating defective and scrap products.
  • Assembly: Standard PET plastic bottles are transferred to the assembly section for capping.
  • QC Inspection: After the capping process is completed, the products continue to be inspected by the QC team, evaluated based on various quality criteria and finishing.
  • Custom Painting/Printing: Depending on the customer’s requirements for painting or printing, such as logos, slogans, or promotional messages, the products are completed accordingly.
  • Warehousing and Storage: The final products are transferred to a storage warehouse, waiting for delivery to customers.
  • Transportation: At the end of the PET plastic bottle production process, the products are transported and delivered to customers as per the agreement.
