Return and refund policy
Warranty claim conditions:
- The product does not meet the standards as agreed upon in the previous sample standard.
- The product is damaged due to the manufacturer, carrier, or not being the correct model as agreed.
- The rate of defective goods exceeds the rate allowed in the contract.
- Goods were delivered late compared to the expected delivery time as committed by both parties.
Return costs: Shipping and packaging costs for returning goods to the supplier will be specifically shared by agreement when problems arise.
In case the Buyer and Seller cannot agree on a solution, the Buyer and Seller can appeal this to the authorities for resolution.
